Thank you for your interest in a Reheatable Nugget Tray fundraiser with Chick-fil-A North Academy. At Chick-fil-A North Academy, we are passionate about finding ways to give back to and support our community. One of the ways we do this is with our Reheatable Nugget Tray Fundraisers, a fundraiser for local 501(c)(3) organizations. Please read and complete the form below as it explains how the fundraiser works and any requirements. If Chick-fil-A North Academy is not your closest Chick-fil-A restaurant, please do not complete this form. We suggest you contact your closest Chick-fil-A for details on the fundraisers available to you.

Get an idea of how much money your group will raise. How many people do you think will purchase a Reheatable Nugget Tray? *
Organization selects a delivery date and begins taking pre-orders for Small Reheatable Nugget Trays with approximately 64 nuggets each. Order form will be provided for you to print. Trays maybe sold for $39/each. The cost to the organization is $31/each. The organization will keep $8 per tray sold. Orders and money must be returned to Chick-fil-A North Academy no later than four days before the specified delivery date. The organization will only return the cost of purchases to Chick-fil-A and will keep its portion of $8 per tray. Chick-fil-A North Academy will prepare the order and set a date and time for pick up. Those that ordered can come by Chick-fil-A North Academy to pick-up the chilled trays on the day agreed upon. We will have parking spaces clearly marked for pick-up.

You will receive the check within 30 days from the completion of your Spirit Week. Please provide us with a complete address.
Our guests are very important to us and deserve a dining experience free of solicitation. For this reason, at no time during the fundraiser is soliciting (passing out flyers, etc.) allowed on the property. All advertising for the fundraiser must be done off-site. *

One week advance notice is required for all cancellations. If your group cancels the fundraiser, it is your responsibility to return the money to those that signed up. Chick-fil-A North Academy is not responsible for any monetary collections.
