RV Donation Intake Form - EmergencyRV
This form is to gather information from people who have an RV, Travel Trailer, or 5th Wheel that they would like to donate to EmergencyRV to provide housing to families who have lost their homes due to a natural disaster event, including wildfires, tornados, hurricanes, flooding and other extreme weather events. Please complete the form and one of our volunteers will be in touch with you as soon as possible. We are a 501c3 organization, and will be able to provide you with a tax deductible donation letter.

Is your RV in usable condition? We request that donors have a mechanic complete inspection and maintenance of their RV to ensure that it will be a home and not a burden to it’s next family. Please check the boxes below indicating you will address these issues before pick up/delivery date. *

In order to give a tax donation letter for anything over 4999.99, we will have to have an appraisal letter. Are you able to provide one, or will you need to use our online appraiser for the cost of $250.00? (we can talk more about this when we reach out to you) *
Will the RV come with anything inside? If so, please describe what will be in the RV *
Will we be able to leave the RV in its current location until we are able to find a location for it? If you have a timeline, please let us know. *
I understand that, on rare occasions, EmergencyRV may sell a donated RV to continue funding our mission (stocking RVs, transporting RVs etc.) *
