Hey folks, Liv and Igor here - we recently relocated from Oxford to Austin, TX and are looking for an executive assistant to help us be more productive. The role will be part-time, with potential to transition to full-time in the future. Tasks will be highly varied, from personal (e.g. furniture purchasing, bill paying & event planning), to research assistance and project execution (e.g. helping with Liv's EA-adjacent social media content creation). As such, our ideal candidate is highly organized and adaptable, cause aligned but also happy working on non-EA tasks. We also have a strong preference for someone already living in the Austin area, although are open to remote candidates too.
