Entry Instructions:

1. Pay the $8 fee online with PayPams (https://www.pisd.edu/Domain/525). You must have a PayPams confirmation number to complete this form. Login and select Band Fees Campus Only - then Activity Fee. The solo fee is $8.

2. Fill out the entry form below

3. Be sure you have the Title and Composer of your solo.

4. If you will be using an accompanist not scheduled by SMS, please have their name as well.

**All Students should only pay $8 for the solo fee. The accompanist will be paid by cash/check at the first rehearsal**
