Night on Us - Program Terms
Airbnb’s Night On Us Program (“Program”) offers a payment of up to $110 USD to qualifying U.S. Federal Executive Branch Department employees that host Experiences or Accommodations on Airbnb. To qualify, you must be an employee of a U.S. Federal Executive Branch Department and host an Experience or Stay(s) totaling 3 nights during the Offer Period. Each host and individual is limited to a maximum of one payment of up to $110 USD. The actual amount of the payment will be equal to the lesser of: (1) $110 USD and (2) the Price of your Accommodations or Experience. Payouts will be made following the Offer Period using the payment method(s) specified for your Listing. You may apply to the Program at any time during the Offer Period, but you will only be paid if you qualify.

“Experience” means a completed Experience - including payment.

“Offer Period ” means the period beginning (a) December 18, 2018 and ending (b) March 18, 2019.

“Price” means (a) for Accommodations Listings, the nightly rate - excluding cleaning and other fees and taxes; and (b) for Experience Listings, the total booking value of all seats sold for the qualifying Experience - net of service fees. If more than one Stay or Experience qualifies, the highest Price among qualifying Stays and Experiences will be used.

“Stay” means Accommodations reservation(s) totaling at least 3 nights - including host acceptance, guest check-in and payment. If a host has multiple Stays for a Listing during the Offer Period, they will be considered together to determine whether the 3-night requirement has been satisfied. For example: a host could complete three Stays of 1 night each during the Offer Period to qualify.

General Terms

Experiences and Stays must be bona fide, arms-length transactions. Experiences and Stays where a guest is a friend, family member or any member of your household do not qualify. The payment offered here cannot be combined with any other offer. The payment is taxable income and you are responsible for complying with your tax reporting obligations. To participate in the Program you must have an Airbnb account in good standing. The Program is offered for a limited time and Airbnb may modify, terminate or suspend the offer or Program or change these Program Terms at any time for any reason. Airbnb may require that you provide additional materials to establish your eligibility and all determinations of eligibility are made by Airbnb at its sole discretion. Airbnb reserves the right to any remedy if it suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, that you have committed fraud or violated the Program Terms or other Airbnb terms. In addition to these Program Terms, participation in the Program is subject to Airbnb’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payments Terms of Service, Additional Terms for Experience Hosts and other generally applicable terms and policies. Capitalized terms used here and not defined have the meanings given to them in Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
