At a Chick-fil-A corporate assignment, you will apply for an assignment and wait for a text, email or phone call to schedule an interview After your interview. The leaders of that assignment will decide if they would like to bring you out. They will usually let you know within 2-3 weeks of applying for the assignment. For your first assignment, you will be required to fill out paperwork via New FTS Application and they will perform a background check (this could take 3-4 weeks). Corporate will pay for travel expenses, gas, mileage, and you will receive a $25 per diem for each day added on your check. When you arrive at your assignment, you will need to bring two forms of ID (They will explain all of this via email to you)
When you arrive at your assignment, they will schedule a "trainer rally" or meeting where you will see your GOS (Grand Opening Supervisor) and give them your two forms of ID. You will be training based on Pathway procedures so be sure to have this downloaded on your phone. When you are training and are unsure of a procedure, refer to Pathway.
When you are at any assignment, you are representing Chick-fil-A Corporate and it's values as well as Taylor Henckel at Chick-fil-A Baytown. Smoking, the Consumption of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited at any event.
