Schedule change requests are open during the first 3 weeks of the semester. Please make requests as soon as possible as you may be responsible for work completed in any new class you may enter.

This form is for schedule change requests ONLY. If you have any other concerns please complete the request to see counselor form. If this is an URGENT PERSONAL/SOCIAL matter please tell an adult so they can direct you to someone who can assist you.

Please note that 6 classes is a full schedule. Taking 7 classes is NOT necessary to have a reduced schedule your Junior or Senior year! All you have to do is pass your 6 classes 9th and 10th grade.

Requests for a specific teacher CANNOT be granted.
