This form serves as pre-registration for in-person event attendance at the Buddhist Studies Workshop on Friday, April 1, 2022.

At present, we plan to hold this event in-person only, on the Princeton University campus. We do not anticipate opening any options for on-line attendance. However, we do aim to post summaries of the papers and discussion on our website shortly after the event.

Princeton University has certain protocols in place for in-person events that we must follow in order to ensure the safety of all participants.  Please read through the following carefully:

– Pre-registration is required
– All attendees must wear face coverings
-- Ability to social distance may not be possible
– Princeton ID/Prox cards are required to enter the building for Princeton-affiliated faculty, students and staff

Per University policy, all attendees who are not affiliated with Princeton must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (this includes a booster shot) and complete a visitor form attesting to vaccination prior to arrival on campus. After registration for this event, those who are not affiliated with Princeton will receive an email with additional information and the visitor form.
