This is an application form to sew scrubs for our NHS workers in the South West and will take around 2 minutes to complete. Due to COVID-19, NHS workers are changing their scrubs very regularly and there is a huge shortage. Whether you can sew 1 or 10, it will make a huge difference. Please fill in all details.
