If you booked the selfie booth, we like to confirm that the rental does not come with a backdrop or an attendant by default. (We will set up the booth for you before the event, and pick it up after the event!) If you need a backdrop or an attendant, you can add one to your package. Please make note of that here.

1) Will your event be indoors or outdoors? (If you have the ability to choose between the two, we recommend indoors.)

2) If your event is outdoors, is it under a covered area? (If it is not under a covered area, we will need to come up with a plan together in case of bad weather.)

3) On what type of ground will the booth and backdrop be set up?

4) Please give a detailed description of where the booth will be set up. This will help our attendants set up the booth if a coordinator is unavailable when they arrive. If possible, please send a picture of the set up location to info@huddlbooth.com or text it to 559-245-2456.

5) If we are providing a backdrop (standard in the classic booth rental), we require 9x9 foot floor space, with 9 foot ceilings. Can you provide this space, or do we need to discuss special arrangements?

6) The booth will need access to a power outlet in order to operate. Will the booth be set up within about 50ft of a power outlet, or do we need to bring a longer extension cord?

7) If you know the wifi login information for your venue, please provide it here. (This is helpful for social sharing, but social sharing can still be used without access to wifi.)
