Event at BoBrook Farms in Roland, AR on Saturday November 20th from 11am-3pm in our covered outdoor event pavilion/barn. This event is an opportunity to provide a variety of spring decor, unique gift ideas, clothing, accessories and much more .
Booth space is not guaranteed until payment is submitted. Booths are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled by the event coordinator or venue. This event will happen rain or shine as all booths will be under a roof.
Vendor fees are as follows and must be paid at the time of application:
$40 for a COVERED space under our patio or inside our open span barn (like it has been for past events)
First time vendors are required to submit pictures of items for approval to
IF you have not attended an event with us before. Tables will not be provided. Vendors must bring their own tables and any items needed for setup.
$40 fee for a 10x10 booth space under our covered patio. This fee does not include anything. Vendor must bring their own tables, chairs and additional items needed for booth.
Electricity will not be available for this event.
Once you fill out this form we will send over a paypal link IF we have a spot available for your business. We limit the number of vendors per business on a first come first serve basis once application and vendor fee have been received. Once both are completed your space will be confirmed. By just filling out this form does not confirm a spot.

Vendors will be allowed to set up from 9am-10:45am on Saturday to be setup and ready to go by 11am. Vendors are not allowed to break down early. Break down will begin at 3:01 p.m. Vendors must be out of the event venue by 4:30pm.

Payment: Payments will be made via paypal link. When accepted the link will be sent to you via e-mail. Once payment has been made your space will be confirmed and this fee is non-refundable.
******Staffing: Exhibitor tables/booths must be manned at all time and intact until event closes.*******Exhibitor Items: BoBrook Farms LLC reserves the right to have items removed that are considered not appropriate. *******Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire or casualty. BoBrook Farms LLC expressly disclaims any responsibility for any damage to vendors items. ******Exhibitor Spaces: An area of exhibitor spaces will be assigned. We have a limited number of vendors and the space is available on a first come first serve basis. When arriving to BoBrook Farms LLC you will drive through the main gate and follow the signs towards the wedding venue. Vendors will be set-up inside the venue. Spaces will be located inside the venue as well as under the covered patio. *****Acceptance: BoBrook Farms LLC reserves the right to decline any application for space.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
