Ogni anno le attività di Piattaforma Lago sono rese possibili grazie ad un incredibile team composto da volontari e volontarie che mettono a disposizione di questo progetto il loro tempo e le loro energie, trovando in Lago Film Fest e in tutte le attività di Piattaforma Lago un'occasione di arricchimento personale e professionale.

Nato nel 2005 nella suggestiva località lacustre di Revine Lago, il Lago Film Fest è un festival indipendente di cinema di ricerca che mette a fuoco il futuro del cinema attraverso la lente d’ingrandimento sul cortometraggio e che si sviluppa attraverso 9 giorni di film, di registз del futuro e del presente, di contaminazioni artistiche, di incontri e proposte che pensano l’arte cinematografica come un territorio in continua evoluzione. Un’esperienza di festival unica nel suo genere, sospesa nel tempo, che non si può capire completamente se non vivendola di persona.

Le possibilità per collaborare sono molteplici: volontariato al festival o in altri progetti di Piattaforma Lago che si svolgono durante l'anno; offriamo anche la possibilità di fare periodi di tirocinio curricolare ed extra curricolare (da 15 giorni a sei mesi). Annualmente viene anche attivato il bando per il Servizio Civile.

Se anche tu vuoi far parte dello staff Lago Film Fest compila subito questo form in ogni sua parte per inviare la tua candidatura. I posti sono limitati quindi procederemo a valutare le candidature seguendo l'ordine di arrivo. 

L'impegno sarà dal 16 luglio al 28 luglio 2025, senza eccezioni.

La deadline per l'invio della tua candidatura è il 15 giugno 2025.
Una volta inviata la tua candidatura, riceverai l'invito a partecipare a una prima chiamata conoscitiva qualora tu sia alla tua prima esperienza qui a Lago Film Fest. Intanto ti consigliamo di guardare questo video introduttivo.

Every year, the activities of Piattaforma Lago are made possible thanks to an incredible team of volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to this project, finding in Lago Film Fest, and in all the initiatives of Piattaforma Lago, an opportunity for both personal and professional growth.

Founded in 2005 in the enchanting lakeside village of Revine Lago, Lago Film Fest is an independent festival of experimental cinema that explores the future of film through the lens of short formats. It unfolds over nine days of screenings, visionary filmmakers, artistic crossovers, meaningful encounters, and bold programming—conceiving cinema as a constantly evolving art form. It’s a one-of-a-kind festival experience, suspended in time, one that can only truly be understood by living it in person.

There are many opportunities for collaboration: volunteering at the festival or in other Piattaforma Lago projects taking place throughout the year. We also offer the possibility of undertaking curricular and extracurricular internships (from 15 days up to six months). If you want to be part of this amazing community, fill out this form completely to submit your application. Please note that spots are limited, and applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.

The commitment will be from July 16 to July 28, 2025, with no exceptions.

The deadline for submitting your application is June 15, 2025. Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive an invitation to a first introductory call if this is your first experience at Lago Film Fest. In the meantime, we recommend watching this introductory video.
