Compassion & Kindness Mini-Retreats (2021)
Welcoming you to join Silent Mini-Retreats in community together.

The shorter retreats (3-4 hours) engage special themes such as compassion, loving kindness & equanimity with inspiration drawn from other compassion & kindness programs.

NOTE: this invitation is for Graduates of MBSR, MBCT, MBCL, MSC, MiE, CEB, and teachers of mindfulness programs for children and adolescents.  Due to the silent nature of the programs, it is not suitable for those without prior experience of mindfulness practices.

This is an opportunity for renewing & cultivating presence from moment to moment,
and being open to the experiences of practicing mindful attention and connecting with your practice.

16 December (Thursday) 7 - 10 pm (3 hours) - ONLINE
These short retreat evening sessions will offer practices from the MBCL (Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living) program: Kindness meditations, Embodying Compassion, Body Scan, Walking, Sitting, Equanimity
