Counselors will be provided information and tools to facilitate the ethical delivery of counseling services to Christian clients. Ethics related to culture, diversity, and autonomy will be identified. Implications of Christianity on the conceptualization of clients will be explored as related to the Diagnostic, Clinical, Cultural and Treatment Formulation process.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Angela Corrigan has been Licensed as a Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas since 1993. She completed her doctorate degree in 1995. Also an LPC-Supervisor, she provides clinical guidance for graduate students and post-Master’s LPC-Interns. She has maintained a private practice since 1996 and has served as a Counselor Educator for more than 15 years. She currently serves as Adjunct Faculty for Liberty University and served as Adjunct Faculty for Texas A&M University – Commerce for more than a decade. Primarily teaching Practicum, Internship, Ethics, Professional Identity, and Multicultural Counseling to Master’s level Counseling students across the nation, Dr. Corrigan has a passion for the ethical delivery of Culturally-Informed counseling.
