2020 Entry Fee: $115.00
Please note, once accepted, all entry fees are non-refundable.
The deadline for applications is March 9, 2020. Please allow 7-10 days for response on acceptance.
There will be a $50.00 late fee for any application received after the deadline.
You may pay via Credit Card this year, once accepted you will receive an invoice from PAY-PAL. Invoices must be payed by April 1st 2020.
If paying by check, please make it out to Topsfield Historical Society It is due by April 1st 2020, Please mail to P.O Box 323 Topsfield MA 01983. All checks will be deposited on April 3, 2020 and a $25.00 fee will apply to any check returned due to insufficient funds.
A Valid Tax ID number is required for permit, this will be due with payment. Your SS ID is also acceptable.
Craft Exhibitors: ALL CRAFTS MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY YOU- NO EXCEPTIONS
All Crafts must be handcrafted by you, there are no exceptions to this.In order to maintain a high quality, well-balanced show, the jury reserves the right to limit craft categories are over-subscribed. Previous participation does not guarantee your acceptance into the festival. Please display the same type of craft throughout your booth. Demonstrations of your craft are encouraged. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with regulations.
Food Exhibitors:
All food items must be handcrafted by you, no exceptions allowed. Exhibitors selling specialty foods (candy, dip mixes, salsa, etc.) must obtain a Food Service Permit from the Topsfield Board of Health 978-887-1520.
Photographs of Crafts are Required
Judging of exhibitors applications will be based on your high quality photos. All entries will be reviewed by a jury and the decision of the jury is final. Please email them to strawberryfestivalvendors@topsfieldhistory.org

We are no long accepting mailed photos, sorry for any inconvenience.
Set-up/ Day of information:
Tents may be set up Friday after 5:00 PM Registration will begin promptly at 7:00 AM Saturday. Any exhibitor not registered by 9:00 a.m. may forfeit their space without a refund to an exhibitor on our waiting list.
Miscellaneous:
Please apply early as categories fill up quickly and previous participation will not guarantee acceptance. Exhibitor space is approximately 12’ wide x 12’ deep. Please read below for rules and details.There is absolutely no smoking or drinking of any kind on the Common during the Festival. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with these regulations.
