Our normal policy is to send a replacement, rather than a refund/credit as a direct replacement. When this is not possible, we will contact you.
If you have any images of any damaged items or packaging please include these with your claim ( this can help us to identify problems our end and improve the service to yourselves and others, so this is much appreciated ).
We may ask to see the item in order to asses the problem for future quality control. If that is required we will arrange a pick up. As such please keep the item until the return form is processed whereafter you can keep/destroy the items unless otherwise mentioned.
