Registration: Verify tickets and handout lanyards (1-2 hours/day)

Setup: Arrive early and help organizers and sponsors with various tasks (1 hour/day)

Teardown: Stay after the day is over to help organizer and sponsors clean up the conference space (1 hour/day)

Green Room: Tend to speakers in the green room. Stocking beverages and snacks (1-2 Hours/day)

Stage Runner: Ensure speakers can find green room and are on time to their talks. Assist with A/V setup for speakers (1-2 Hours/day)

Session Chair: Introduce speakers on stage and ensure talks remain on time (1-2 Hours/day, Requires Public Speaking)
