This experiential learning course will be led by Southeast Dairy Business Innovation Initiative (SDBII) collaborators from the University of Tennessee. Free registration for the event covers double occupancy hotel rooms. If enough rooms are available at event hotels, single occupancy rooms may be available at a cost of $600. (Please note that we cannot guarantee single room availability. You will be contacted prior to the tour to pay this amount once it is determined if single rooms are available.) *

Northeast Experiential Learning Course participants are expected to make their own travel arrangements and will need to cover the costs of travel to/from Albany, NY for the event. A limited number of reimbursement scholarships are available to help defray the cost of travel. Applicants may be reimbursed up to $650 for EITHER the cost of an economy airline ticket or up to $650 in mileage to/from Albany, NY. Scholarship awards will be prioritized for dairy producers but may be awarded to other participants as funds allow. Please indicate whether you would like to be considered for a scholarship below.

A spot in the course will be reserved for you once you have confirmed your travel plans with an SDBII representative. You must arrive in Albany, NY (ALB Airport) by 11pm/ET on Monday, 9/2 and depart no earlier than 4am/ET on Saturday, 9/7.

Travel plans must be confirmed with SDBII staff no later than Wednesday, August 7th, at 5pm/ET.

Please submit confirmation of travel (e.g. travel itinerary with personal information blacked out) as well as any questions related to the event to Shep Stearns at sstearn1@utk.edu.
