2025 Action Scorecards Impact Survey

This is a short feedback form to understand your views on the launch of the 2025 Action Scorecards and how you have used them. All comments will inform our project evaluation to improve the Action Scorecards in future years.

We estimate the survey will take 10 minutes or less to complete. We will be collecting responses until 5th January 2026, so please share your views within that time.

Privacy notice

We may use your feedback in reports, reviews, and share it with partner organisations. The feedback you share will be completely anonymised, removing any reference to you, although we may reference your council area.

Further information for case study contact (optional)

We will only contact you if you have provided contact information and confirmed that you are interested in providing a case study. Climate Emergency UK will only use those contact details (collected in the final question) for the purpose of contacting you about the case study. Your email address will be shared with our Scorecards partner mySociety. We will retain your details for the duration of the case study, which we expect to be no longer than 12 months, after which they will be deleted. You can ask for your data to be removed from our systems at any point by contacting: declare@climateemergency.uk
