Qigong for the Seasons is based on the five elements. This workshop consists of qigong exercise and nutrition for winter, along with lifestyle suggestions to strengthen your Yang Qi enabling you to connect to your deep internal reservoirs and release your fears.
Qigong Master Liu He began her qigong training at the age of four and now teaches qigong and healing techniques throughout Europe and the United States. She is co-founder of the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School in Portland and is on the faculty of the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Her annual visit to Lewiston is a rare opportunity to study with a qigong master in the Inland Northwest.
CEU credits have been approved for this workshop by the state of Idaho.
