The Membership year runs from 1st January-31st December, but membership applications / renewals close on 31st August. Join by then or miss it. Membership opens again from November for early access to the following year's membership.
Members are covered by the HBBS insurance whilst participating in HBBS organised activities, including our event, which is also required to accept other Sussex Bonfire Societies to which HBBS has been specifically invited (across September to November annually) as the other societies insist all invited societies provide copies of our insurance. Each member must wear their current year procession badge to processions with us. Membership is not transferable; only the member(s) named on the membership form is allowed to wear their procession badge.
This form allows multiple adult members from the same address to apply for a £15 subscription each, with child members at the same address being registered for free. One person can enter their email address, the names all the adult members, the list of additional adult email addresses, and the names & ages of junior members. We do not email junior members.
