Parking Permit Application - MUST READ & AGREE
I am applying for a student driving permit which will allow me to drive to and from school and to park my vehicle on school property in assigned student parking areas during the school day.  I agree to drive carefully and safely, obeying both state and school traffic regulations.

I understand that my car must be parked in a student designated parking area upon arriving at school in the morning and is not to be entered without permission from the office until I leave school for the day.  Furthermore, I understand that the student parking areas are "off limits" to students during the school day (including lunch).  I further agree to give permission for any law enforcement officer to check the contents of my vehicle for illegal substance or articles not allowed on school property.  Also, I understand and agree that the school is NOT responsible for damage which may occur to my vehicle while it is on school property.

Any vehicle that I may drive to school will bear the authorized parking permit issued to me for that particular vehicle only.  Stickers are displayed on the lower inside of the window on the drivers side of the vehicle.  In case of a motorcycle, the permit is to be attached conspicuously to the vehicle.

FINALLY, I ACCEPT THAT ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS COULD MEAN REVOCATION OF MY DRIVING PRIVILEGES FOR TEN (10) SCHOOL DAYS FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE AND FOR THE BALANCE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR (OR LONGER, ACCORDING TO THE SEVERITY OF THE OFFENSE) FOR THE SECOND VIOLATION.
