Call Forwarding Instructions
The InnoCaption app is able to caption all inbound calls to your existing cell phone number if you set up call forwarding with your wireless provider. This means you do not have to give out your InnoCaption number to contacts. Call forwarding must be setup with your wireless provider and instructions vary by provider and device. We have compiled the following interactive guide to help you find the right set of instructions. However, please note that call forwarding is a service provided by your wireless provider and you may be faced with issues that we cannot fully troubleshoot on your behalf. In this case you may need to reach out to your wireless provider for support.
