i-tri is a goal-based, comprehensive Empowerment Program for Middle School girls grades 6-8 (ages 11-14) who can benefit from being a part of a positive supportive community of adolescent girls, professional i-tri Program Leaders, and Coaches. Our 2021 virtual program begins on Feb 1st and runs through May 22nd 2021.

This years' program will culminate with the i-tri Olympic Challenge which the girls will train for and complete together (via zoom) on May 22nd. This event will include fitness -strength and cardio activities that mimic a triathlon- special guests and Olympic Athletes participate live with the girls that day and families and parents are encouraged to cheer and participate as well!

For 16 weeks our i-tri girls meet virtually for an immersive training program that includes:
Weekly Empowerment Sessions/Fitness experiences
Olympic Challenge specific training on Saturdays
Integrated stem curriculum
The i-tri Olympic Challenge (May 22nd 2021)

We are so happy that you are interested in having your daughter participate in our virtual i-tri Program which is set to begin the first week of February. We understand the challenges facing adolescent girls- especially in this time of Covid and are excited to be able to offer our award-winning Empowerment Program for Middle School Girls- free of charge, via zoom this year to girls across the country!

Before registering for the program we ask that a parent or guardian attend an informational parent meeting where we will go over the specifics of the program and give instructions on registering. PLEASE complete the form below to RSVP to the parent meeting- a link for the meeting will be sent to you day of. Parent meeting dates: Tuesday, Jan 19, Tuesday, Jan 21 or Wednesday, Jan 27- if you can not make any of these dates, you can contact our Program Manager- Alyssa@itrigirls.org
