Sunday 9/27 10:00am-1:00pm 6+ people (Gym/Classrooms) Table/chair set up & Luau decorating (includes your lunch)

Saturday 9/28 11:30am-3:30pm 4 people (Lobby) Registration Table / Check in (includes your lunch)

Saturday 9/28 12:30pm-4:30pm 4 people (Classrooms) Assistant to each workshops/keynote speaker to make sure they have everything they need (TV monitor, prints for handouts, etc) prior to the workshop starting (includes your lunch)

Saturday 9/28 3:00pm-6:00pm 6+ people (Kitchen) Help prepare luau food (includes your dinner)

Saturday 9/28 3:30pm-7:30pm 4 people (Lobby) Registration Table / Check in (includes your lunch)

Saturday 9/28 4:30-7:30pm 4+ people (Classrooms/Gym) Workshop clean up & checking wristbands for dinner (includes your dinner)

Saturday 9/28 5:30pm-8:30pm 8+ people (Gym) Set up & serve dinner & clean up after dinner

Saturday 9/28 8:00pm-10:00pm 2+ people (Classroom) Act as director/time keeper at speed mingling activity (speed dating)

Saturday 9/28 10:00pm-11:45pm 6+ people (Gym/Classrooms) Clean after dance & set up tables/chairs for Sunday lunch

Sunday 9/29 1:00pm-4:00pm 6+ people (Kitchen/Gym) Set up & serve lunch & clean up (includes your lunch)
