Requests for Theater Tech Club Services at small events (assemblies, movies in the aud., guest speakers, and small ceremonies) need to be placed a minimum of two weeks in advance.
Requests for Theater Tech Club services at large events (drama productions and other events requiring special lighting and/or audio setups and a larger crew) must be placed a minimum of 90 days in advance.
This is necessary for the club officers and I to see the request, identify and assign members with the necessary skills, and confirm their availability. This will also help prevent students from being pulled from classes unnecessarily due to last minute requests.
Once your request is received and processed, you will receive an email with the names of the students who have been assigned to your event. Once the students are assigned, they will be under your direction and responsibility until completion of the event.
