New field of studies at the University of Warsaw - Sustainable Development
The University of Warsaw (the biggest university in Poland) is developing a new interdisciplinary field of studies called Sustainable Development.

The new major will be an English only, 2-year Master course. The first recrutiment is planned for 2019.

Key features of the new major:
- runned on 8 faculties at the University of Warsaw: Law and Administration, Management, Economic Sciences, Geology, Chemistry, Geography and Regional Studies, Biology and Physics
- open to all Students with at least Bachelor's degree in any field, from all over the world (free for EU citizens)
- the course will give Students broad, multi-disciplinary perspective on sustainability
- the Graduate will be able to work across subject disciplines and institutional sectors
- the Graduate will have an ability to work collaboratively and take the leadership in interdisciplinary team developing local, regional, sectoral and institutional policies and strategies on sustainable development
