Taste of Wisconsin Brewery Registration

Please join us for the 14th Annual Taste of Wisconsin. Taste of Wisconsin is a growing craft beer festival featuring only Wisconsin craft beers and Wisconsin Cheese.
Tickets are $40 in advance
June 19, 2021 (Always the Saturday before Father's Day!)

We would love to have a brewery owner, brewer or representative come and share your story, your passion and your products. No one sells your brew better than you!

Bring either kegged or bottled/canned beer from your brewery and let the craft brew enthusiasts discover their next favorite. If needed, we can provide volunteers to help pour and give breaks. Beaver Dam LOVES BEER, and we are an emerging craft-brew market and have a new micro-brewery in town to thank for the upsurge. Sign up early as we will be limiting the number of breweries with priority going to those who have a representative on site.

If you would like to participate as a brewery at the Taste of Wisconsin™ please review the terms/requirements below and complete the reservation form:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BREWERY

Brewery will set up their tent and table(s) between 10:00 am and 11:45 am
Brewery will continuously man their table from Noon to 4:00 pm
Brewery will provide a minimum of either 3 different varieties of sixth barrels beer or 4 different varieties of bottled/canned beer from their brewery for tasting
Brewery is responsible for bringing draft equipment if serving from kegs.
Brewery may be required to wear a mask and gloves while serving.
Brewery will provide one item, valued at a minimum of $15.00, to be included in the Chamber’s raffle at the event

Options
Brewery can bring additional signage/promotional displays, branded tent & literature
Brewery can provide novelty items for the public
Brewery can conduct promotions/collect attendee information for their own marketing purposes

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BEAVER DAM AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
Chamber will promote brewery participants with marketing for the event
Chamber will provide a table, ice filled trays and signage for each brewery
Chamber will provide “floater” volunteers to allow brewery representatives breaks during the event if requested by the brewery
Chamber will clean up / tear down booth space immediately following event
Chamber to provide individual sample cups should it deem necessary for safety at time of event.
Chamber will cover costs UP TO $200 for each brewery participant with a representative present

It is understood and agreed upon that the brewery is solely liable for the safe and healthful production of the products provided for the Taste of Wisconsin™ event and that the Beaver Dam Area Chamber of Commerce, its event partners and sponsors, are in no way liable for said products. It is understood that should the brewery fail to meet its responsibilities that the Beaver Dam Area Chamber of Commerce will not be obligated to reimburse the brewery up to the full amount of $200.00 and that a lesser sum or no sum may be justifiable. It is understood and agreed upon by the brewery that all photography, video and/or audio taken at the Taste of Wisconsin event is the sole property of the Beaver Dam Area Chamber of Commerce and may be used for promotional purposes for future Taste of Wisconsin events with full permission of the brewery.
