Terms & Conditions
By submitting information to the Maryland Citizens' Health Initiative Education Fund, Inc. (MCHI) through this form, you are helping to guide the implementation of a 2017 Maryland state law that authorizes our Attorney General to take action against pharmaceutical corporations who manufacture generic or off-patent drugs and who raise the price of the drug without justification to an extreme degree making the drug no longer affordable for its users. The information you provide may be shared with and sent to the Attorney General's office. If your particular situation is not addressed by this new law, the Attorney General's office may not be able to help you directly. However, we still want to hear about your experience paying for medications because we want to enact additional laws in Maryland to help make prescription drugs--even name brand drugs--more affordable for everyone.
