Celebrating your child’s birthday at school is a special tradition for students at ANS Primary School.  We want to help make this a special day for your child.

Thank you for submitting this birthday slip at least one day ahead of your planned celebration.  This form will help the teacher to plan for the special event as well as notify security.  Please enter at Gate 4 to receive a visitor's pass.  

Birthday celebrations can take place between:

Kindergarten - 5th Grade: 2:05 - 2:25 p.m.
Pathways: 11:30 - 11:50 a.m.


To include all children in the celebration, please plan with the teacher to accommodate students with food or allergies. Please provide any plates and utensils needed to serve the treats. Limit 1-2 people to visit the classroom for your child's birthday celebration.
