Caroling Request Form 2025
The Grosse Pointe South Choir loves to send out groups of our talented students to sing at your private holiday parties and events! Thank you for your interest and support.
All caroling events are a fundraiser for the Grosse Pointe South Choir. We ask for a donation of a minimum of $75 when requesting carolers. A donation link will be emailed to you once we have students confirmed for your request. Students will also bring a tip basket to pass at each event, unless the host would like to tip the students separately.
Please fill out the form completely in order to submit your caroling request.
Upon submitting the form, you'll receive a response from our Business Manager, Sarah Boyd, and we will post it as an available event to our students.
We will need usually 3-4 school days to give our students time to sign up before we can confirm your event.
Students will sing for about 20 minutes, beginning at the start time you select below.
If you are requesting the students to stay longer, please note that below and we will confirm. There would be an additional donation for a longer event.
