Organic & Biodynamic Farmers who need a hand beyond the bushfire emergency across Australia
The Organic & Regenerative Investment Co-operative (ORICoop) is calling out to volunteers interested to lend a hand. To help organic farmers & producers at this urgent time of bushfire need. Are you interested to get your hands dirty, to work hard, and to have a direct affect on farmers affected by this natural disaster.

Our desire is to enable organic producers to have a community of passionate supporters - that will stand with them through this tragedy & beyond for the months ahead. And help them back on their feet to producing healthy food. We are critically aware of the difficulty for existing certified organic producers affected by bushfires to retain their organic certification through natural disasters such as bushfires, and to manage the real need for on farm support. We are keen to bring those that are in the direct line of bushfire risk together with a team of keen helpers, that can lend a hand in this time of need. Together with existing partners that are integral to this long term recovery.

ORICoop is founded on the principles of Co-operative values, preserving & enhancing certified organic farmland, real financial returns and localised food production systems. True Cooperative principles are around caring about our communities in times of need, & looking beyond our own business in difficult times.
