ENPHA Facility Reservation Form
Before beginning your reservation request, please understand the following rules:
•The ENPHA Facilities are available to any property owner in good standing within the Eagles Nest Homeowners Association

•The online reservation system is the only way to request to use the Community Center and Taylor Pavilion

•We will review your request and will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that your date was available to reserve

•Your reservation will then be confirmed and the date reserved pending receipt of the signed contract and reservation fee (We will have to release your reserved date if the contract and reservation fee are not received within 10 days of receiving your confirmation)

•Deposits are requested by ENPHA 15 days prior to your event and are due within 10 days of the request (5 days prior to the event)

• Your signed contract may be returned via e-mail to info@enpha.org, fax to 970-468-1453, or mail to ENPHA/PO Box 24419, Silverthorne, CO 80497.

• Rental fees and deposits may be made by credit card or PayPal account using the link provided with your reservation confirmation and deposit request.
