USA Field Hockey ADM Clinic Interest Form
The USA Field Hockey American Development Model (ADM) is a guiding framework for players, coaches, umpires, program leaders and fans to discover field hockey earlier and stick with it longer. Its principles are based on age and stage appropriate development on how, what and when to teach, train and play. The USA Field Hockey ADM Clinics are supplemental programming developed from this framework as a means to provide affordable and accessible turnkey programming that can be delivered across the country.

Discover Field Hockey clinics are for clubs, teams, schools or anyone interested in growing the sport.  Discover Field Hockey has two versions - Discover Field Hockey and Discover All Starz Field Hockey.  You may apply for one or both versions.
