PA-TSA State Conference: Judge sign-up
The PA-TSA State Leadership Conference provides students from across the state with an opportunity to engage in a variety of competitive events, leadership opportunities, and much more. Without volunteers like you, this conference would not be possible. Please know how much your support is appreciated by the members of PA-TSA. This year’s conference will be held in-person at Seven Springs Resort, April 20-23, 2022. While the conference will be in-person, judging opportunities will exist both in-person and virtually.

Please complete and submit this form so that we can begin assigning judges to events. Finalized judging assignments and confirmations will be sent to you by the end of March.

Availability & preference for judging
Please tell us about your availability to judge competitions at the 2022 state conference.

The conference will have multiple ways in which you can judge. You can participate in any combination of the following:
- VIRTUAL JUDGING - EARLY SUBMISSION EVENTS: Students will submit their projects online. You will receive a scoring rubric and a list of submissions on or about April 15, and you will have until April 21 to evaluate them at your own convenience.
- VIRTUAL JUDGING - DURING THE CONFERENCE: Real-time interviews, contests, and other competitions will take place throughout the day on April 21-22. Judging during the conference will require interaction with students and/or fellow judges, in a video format such as Zoom.
- JUDGING IN-PERSON @ SEVEN SPRINGS: Similar to pre-pandemic conferences, we will need judges April 20-22 on-site at Seven Springs.  Additionally, in-person judges can have access to early submission entries prior to the conference, if you would like additional time to review entries prior to arriving at Seven Springs, for those events designated as early submission on the event matrix.
