Washington-Nile Survey: In-Person Learning
Currently, Washington-Nile Local School District is educating children using a hybrid model, with two days in-person and three days remotely. Several school districts in our area are returning to in-person learning for four or five days. In order to move to 4/5 days of in-person learning, the required use of masks by students will continue. In addition, the majority of our classrooms will move from six feet of social distancing to between three and five feet.
As of February 8, 2021, three hundred ninety (390) of Ohio's Schools are operating with a five day in-person schedule. Forty-one (41) Ohio Schools are operating with a fully remote learning schedule. One hundred seventy-eight (178) Ohio Schools are operating on a hybrid model, which includes in-person and remote learning.
The data received in this survey will provide valuable feedback for decision making as we plan for the remainder of the school year.
