Adams County 4-H has raised funds to help families that need financial assistance in order to participate. Before requesting a reduced enrollment fee, please:
*Consider a payment plan
*Consider the cost of projects, activities, contests and other costs associated with completing your 4-H year. Will you be able to afford those expenses should you receive a reduced enrollment?

4-H Members belonging to families with an annual income which is at or below the following guidelines are automatically eligible for reduced 4-H enrollment fees. These income guidelines are based on the 2024-2025 Federal Free School Lunch Program. If none of these apply please select "Temporary Financial Hardship or "Other".
