Inquiry into the antecedents of scientific men
The following questions are reproduced from the appendix to Galton's English Men of Science: their nature and their nurture. London: Macmillan, 1874. 262–66.

Galton instructed participants to answer "as many of the questions as you consider to be unobjectionable". The questions are divided into three sections.
