The Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) is the CoC Lead Agency for San Diego City and County's Continuum of Care (CoC). As part of its responsibilities as CoC Lead, it coordinates membership in the CoC among individuals and organizations including holding regular membership meetings and processing applications for membership.

Both individuals and organizations can apply for CoC Membership. Members may attend regular CoC Membership meetings and voting members may vote on decisions brought to the full membership. Other commitments expected of any CoC Member are outlined in the form below.
