I agree to release and hold harmless all parties involved including 1027 Dance, and Delaney Oakes. Including any and all staff members from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and/or in the future. I will not hold Delaney Oakes, Brielle Thering, Jenny Moore, Shade Garrett, Chloe Klitzke, Tiffany Strauss, Chloe Schultz any owners, landlords, insurors, Pam Coy, Viking Village Properties, or 1027 Dance LLC as a whole or its staff liable for any personal injury, catastrophic injury, death, or any personal property damage or loss, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes.
