Libertyville Covenant Church, Redeemer Life Church and New Abbey Church
August 20 - 22 (Friday - Sunday) at Covenant Harbor Bible Camp, Lake Geneva, WI.

Please register for the retreat by completing the following information.
FINAL DEADLINE DATE IS AUGUST 1, 2021 (Sunday). We will not be able to accept any late reservations.
Geneva Bay Rooms are on a first come first serve basis. Additional housing will be provided.

Housing & Meal Prices:
1 GENEVA BAY Room AND 5 Meals - Each room has 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed. Adding 2 twin-sized roll-a-ways would provide 4 total mattresses for 4 adults to not share a bed or for a family to use.
TRIPLET CABIN AND 5 meals - This is bunk beds & shared bathrooms. Great for larger families. 2 sleeping areas with a common room in the middle. Each sleeping area can accommodate 10 people in bunk beds and a shared bathroom (separate shower and sink/toilet areas).
MEALS ONLY: If you will be attending the retreat, NOT STAYING OVERNIGHT ON THE CAMP GROUNDS and want to eat meals, please let us know what meals your family will want to eat: (BREAKFAST Prices: $9.95/adult, $5.50/child age 4-11, children 3 & under are free; LUNCH Prices: $10.95/adult, $6.50/child 4-11, children 3 & under are free; DINNER Prices: $13.95/adult, $6.95/child 4-11; children 3 & under are free)
