NOMINATION FORM

We are currently accepting nominations! So please take a few minutes and nominate someone you know who deserves a Random Act!

We are ALWAYS looking for deserving people in need of a secret random act of kindness. We want to find and help the kind of people that can only be nominated by friends and family, so please take a couple of minutes to think of anyone in your life who could use a visit from the Random Acts team.

Remember that this random act will be a surprise so keep your nomination a complete secret!
