Fill out and submit this form at least 7 days in advance of your existing calendar event to indicate any changes you may need to make to your event including but not limited to requested room(s), date/time of event, number of participants, activities planned, etc. Please note, scheduling/facilities changes are not guaranteed and will be approved under the discretion of staff. You will receive an email from the church office regarding the status of your requested event changes. Please do not fill out this form unless you have already completed an Event Planning Form (available on nrumc.org).
