We are excited to launch the closed Early Access program for the new Syncro RMM Linux Agent, bringing core monitoring and management capabilities to your Linux endpoints.
Once installed, you'll be able to:
- Monitor Presence: Quickly determine if a Linux device is currently connected and responsive via the Syncro Portal.
- View System Information: Review complete, up-to-date hardware and OS details directly on the asset page.
- Perform Core Actions: Initiate operational maintenance remotely, including a graceful Reboot Device or forcing an immediate Sync Assets Data.
- Simplify Uninstallation: Remotely delete the asset record on the platform, which automatically triggers the agent's self-uninstall routine.
Additional updates coming soon, including Scripting, Syncro Remote (Splashtop), and built-in monitors and alerts.
The agent is currently supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) versions 9 and 10 and Ubuntu versions 22.04 LTS and 24.04 LTS, for both x64 and arm64 architectures.
