LARGE PARTIES OR EVENTS WITH ALCOHOL MUST BE REGISTERED WITH CJ KAZ NAM FIRST (kn36@rice.edu). Lovett reserves the right to shut down any parties in public spaces not registered. Hosts are liable for any damage to Lovett spaces or property.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THEN YOUR RESERVATION DID NOT GO THROUGH AND WIL NOT APPEAR ON THE LOVETT CALENDAR. Please fill out the form again carefully, or contact me (bh63@rice.edu).

Lovett Space Reservation Calendar BEFORE you fill out this form!! It gets automatically updated and should reflect the availability of each of the rooms/equipment.
*FOR NON ROOM RESERVATIONS* Once your reservation is over, submit a picture of the speaker/projector to Bruce Hurley (713-202-7843) that shows that it is back in the PDR. If you are reserving the coolers, make sure it is back in the kitchen.
For recurring reservations, let me know how often the reservation would occur via email and I can let you know if the room is open that often :D
