100 WWCA - Meeting RSVP
We require our members to confirm attendance up to one week prior to each meeting*.
If your attendance selections change after submitting we completely understand, and ask you complete this same form to update prior to each meeting by the required deadlines.
Please select your preference for the $400 Annual Donation Requirement*
(New members joining after the 1st Mtg of the season are only required to pay $100 / Mtg remaining.
Each season has 4 quarterly meetings (Sept, Dec, Feb, May) example: Joining for the Dec 3rd 2019 Mtg as a New Member = $300.
If you aren't able to attend one of the meetings, your RSVP and donation will trigger an electronic link for the proxy voting ballot to be sent to you.
It's important for us to be able to provide our venue sponsors and charities with an accurate head count. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

Annual Donation via E-transfer (due by EMT deadline for Sept/19 Mtg or 1st Mtg as New Member)
