BLFC 2026 Party Floor Application
As long as:
* You and your roommates don't mind noise and can sleep through whatever
* You promise not to submit noise complaints to the hotel.
* You don't bring subwoofers and keep your music no louder than conversation level.

If you want to throw a party in your room or be close to the action at BLFC, this is the place to be! We even have a couple suites available on this floor. This will be on the 4th floor; we will try to make it as convenient as we can for all your party floor guests!

IMPORTANT: Serving Alcohol Notice
If you plan to serve alcohol at your party, you MUST abide by the following rules:

  • Making alcohol available to those under the age of 21 years is strictly prohibited by law.
  • The party host shall be responsible for carding anyone drinking alcohol. “I didn’t know they weren’t 21” is not a justifiable excuse if someone under 21 years old consumes alcohol at your party. We have found that marking, banding, any other one-time verification is not sufficient, can be falsified, and a legal-aged drinker can be used as a runner for drinks.
  • Hosts must maintain control of access to alcohol available in their parties. 
  • If an underage drinker obtains a drink while you were not looking, you are still responsible. If an under-aged drinker enters your party with alcohol from another party, you have become responsible for that underage drinker.
  • Selling drinks is prohibited by law. Selling tickets, suggested donations, or any form of up-charge is equivalent to selling your drinks. A voluntary donation box is allowed.
  • You will abide by any other laws, rules and regulations that govern how alcohol should be served, handled and consumed

You also agree to provide us your legal name if accepted, and to uphold city, county, state, federal, and Grand Sierra Resort laws, ordinances, and policies. If guests/hosts/attendees are found to be in violation of these laws, ordinances, and/or policies, penalties can include forfeiture of the room and expulsion from the convention and hotel.
