(1) For DSAP Internal Use
Reservations must be made at least 2 days before the date of use. The results of the reservation will be notified via email. DSAP has the sole discretion to reject any application.

(2) For DSAP External Uses
Reservations must be made at least 7 days before the date of use. The results of the reservation will be notified via email. DSAP has the sole discretion to reject any application.

(3) Cancellation by Applicant
The rental fee as stated in (11) will be fully refunded if the Applicant informed DSAP about the cancellation in writing at least 48 hours before the reserved date. If an applicant cancelled the reservation in less than 48 hours, only 50% of the rental fee will be refunded.

(4) Cancellation by DSAP
DSAP reserves the right to terminate this reservation within at least 48 hours before the program starts with a written notice to the Applicant. Rental fees will be fully refunded.

(5) Duration of Use
Applicant will be given 45 minutes before and after the usage period for the purpose of preparation and cleaning. An overtime charge of RM50 will be imposed if the period of use exceeds the agreed duration.

(6) Guest Access
It is the Applicant's responsibility to monitor the guests' access to the facilities. The Applicant shall be liable to the guests' behaviour of using the facilities.

(7) Damage Charges and Cleaning Charges
Any damages that occur are the sole responsibility of the Applicant including the cleanliness of the facility. Meals and drinks are only allowed in certain areas. Any waste of food and drinks must be discarded right after the event and the facility must be cleaned and arranged as it was before the Applicant and his/her guests leave the facility. Applicant shall be responsible for ensuring all the equipmen�s/room facilities are returned as in the original condition. Applicant must ensure food operators (if applicable) clean the facility and remove waste and food waste to the designated place within the prescribed time frame. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning charge of RM200. If any damage to the equipment and facilities occured, the Applicant will be liable for damages based on the current market price of the equipment and facilities.

(8) Private Belongings and Goods
DSAP shall not be liable for damages or loss of private belongings, goods or documents left at the facility before, during or after the event. The Applicant shall be responsible for his/hers and his/her guests' private belongings and goods before, during or after the event.

(9) Prohibition
Alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited.

(10) Payment of Rental Fees, Deposit and Charges
Payment of rental fee and deposit must be made within 48 hours after the application is approved. Reservations will not take effect if the payment fails within 48 hours after approval. Should there are any damage/loss charges and cleaning charges if applicable, the deposit will be used to offset the charges and the balance will be returned to the Applicant. In any case where the charges exceed the amount of deposit, the difference in price must be settled by the Applicant within 48 hours after the event.

(11) Failture to Comply
Applicant who failed to comply with the terms and conditions will be barred from booking in future.
