QUEER JOC Picnic, Havdalah, and Song Circle in NYC
Register here for A Queer Nigun Project's QUEER JOC PICNIC AND HAVDALAH GATHERING in Manhattan, in collaboration with Keshet's QJOC Programs! Gathered in QJOC community in Central Park, we'll share a picnic meal (seudah shlishit -- the third meal of Shabbat), and we'll sing our way into Havdalah, closing out Shabbat with connection, nourishment, and harmony.

When: Saturday October 18, 6-7:30pm
Where: Central Park near Columbus Circle - exact location will be sent to registrants

The space: This is a wheelchair accessible location in Central Park with wheelchair accessible bathrooms nearby. More details about the location will be sent out to registrants, but feel free to reach out to aqueernigunproject@gmail.com if you have specific access questions beforehand.
Dietary needs: Please let us know in the form below if you have food allergies/sensitivities or other food needs! 
COVID precautions: Please rapid test beforehand, please stay home if you're feeling sick. Extra tests and masks will be available at entrance.

**This is an affinity space for Queer Jews of Color -- queer Jews who also identify as POC (Person of Color) or non-white. We know that the label "Queer Jew of Color" holds a vast multitude of different experiences and stories. We know that our experiences in our bodies and in our identities are so much larger than one label can hold. We're using this label of "Queer Jew of Color" as a starting point for gathering community, recognizing that race and queerness are constructs and journeys and worlds unto themselves.
