Request For Space

INSTRUCTIONS: Request(s) for space are to be submitted to the Church Administrator no later than two weeks prior to the schedule event at the beginning of the Conference Year for all regular meetings and events to be held at the church. Verify approval by telephone or with the Church Administrator prior to making announcements or distributing printed materials.

All fliers, programs, and printed material must be pre-approved by the Pastor, or Church Administrator and a Request for Work to be done must be completed for in house work request. If church funds are being requested a budget and proposal, citing itemized costs and projected revenues, must be attached to this request.
